1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette (C5/ C5 Z06) 5.7L V8 Automatic/ Manual Transmission Rear Wheel Drive Coupe/ Convertible.
S-Type Classic sound. BORLA® Performance has once again proven why we’ve have led the aftermarket performance exhaust industry for over 40 years. BORLA® has an exalted heritage with Chevrolet performance vehicles. From the C5R LeMans winning Corvettes to privateers like KTEC, Pratt-Miller, Lingenfelter and Lou Gigliotti who have enhanced BORLA®'s knowledge of both the vehicle dynamics and the power-plant engineering.
The C5 is a muscle car with a big powerful engine on a sophisticated, sexy chassis. BORLA® has always used the transfer of technology from racing to the street as a tool, and the C5, and C5 Z06 play right into that wheelhouse. With an experienced R&D staff, the BORLA® team has given the C5 the attention it deserves by rolling out several new systems for the Corvette. Airflow management and exhaust engineering is a science with which BORLA® has more experience than anyone in the exhaust aftermarket.
BORLA® offers a variety of options for the C5, and C5 Z06. Choose from several tip styles and muffler designs. Cat-Backs™ and Axle-Backs are available with either the highly popular “S-Type” muffler or the “Touring” muffler. The “S-Type” has a more aggressive sound and higher flow. For those who prefer it on the milder side, we have the “Touring” muffler with a less aggressive sound. Both sound level system options feature polished T-304 stainless steel tips.
BORLA® Performance Industries, the original pioneers of premium, high quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel (superior to 409 or aluminized steel) free-flow exhaust utilizes patented award and race winning technology to deliver quality, sound, performance gains and enhanced fuel economy — all with an easy bolt-on installation.
Best of all, BORLA® street products carry an unsurpassed written million-mile warranty.
